This bright and cheery, well-maintained brick end-of-group townhouse is located in the safe, family-friendly Loch Raven Village community very close to campus-- less than 2 miles to Towson University and super close to stops on TU's shuttle... route!

The home's common rooms are nicely furnished, including hardwood floors and new carpets, with renters furnishing their bedrooms. The living room features a working fireplace.

You can walk right next door to a shopping center featuring a Giant Food grocery store, restaurants, gas station, and more. There is a front porch and a spacious backyard with outdoor furniture. Across the street are athletic fields for Loch Raven Academy, the local middle school, which you can use for outdoor activities.

We live in nearby Perry Hall and this used to be our primary residence. We have enjoyed renting to Towson University students for years now and look forward to helping you with your off-campus housing needs. We even take care of mowing the lawn and trimming the bushes for you.

This rental is ideal for male undergraduate students, student/athletes, graduate students, visiting professors, faculty, staff, employees--any University community member. Please note there is an affectionate cat belonging to one returning renter.
