Overall just okay. The buildings are very old and in the winter its freezing. Even with the heat all the way up, its always very very cold. Walls are thin and you can hear everything, even a sneeze or alarm clock of the next door neighbor. Buildings have serious roof problems and they never seem to get fixed so I’ve been stuck with damp carpet and mold for years. Neighborhood is always a mess. Toys, strollers and other peoples personal property are always left out in common areas and all over... the place. It’s literally unsafe to have to step over strollers and toys just to exit your own building. Trash is always overflowing and in the street and litter in the common areas . Rent prices go up every year but no additional amenities for the price. Maintenance is excellent and always there the same day. Its very easy to pay the rent with an online portal. Staff members are outstanding and very easy to get in contact with. Size of the apartments is pretty good. parking is a bit awful after 9pm. In building laundry is convenient but the price is ever changing for the machines so watch for price changes.

I am going into my third year lease with Cross Country Manor. It is a top level 2 bedroom apartment with a separate dining room which I converted into my daughter's bedroom. It is a nice size, however due to door measurements my large sofa was unable to fit into my apartment. I love the fact that it has a park like setting full of mature trees and ample parking. The laundry is located in the basement of each building and each tenant has access to all buildings. Management is professional,... informative, and compassionate about the tenants. Overall it is a great apartment with a few upgraded amenities that offer families a sense of community. And it is mice and roach free...which is a WinWin for my children and I. Happy searching for your dream apartment!!!!

If you are looking for an apartment in the city in a quiet neighborhood, then this is the community for you. This apartment community is close to two grocery stores, several banks, hair salons, barber shops, restaurants and shops. Public transportation is practically at your doorstep. There are also playgrounds for the children. If you want the luxuries of the county, but living in the city, this apartment community is the one for you.
