Neighborhood is decent and safe from my observations. Living quality in my apartment is decent, but only since I have had to bother management for months to tell them to send pest control due to roaches and mice in the apartment upon move-in (which they explicitly told us was NOT a problem beforehand). Also, when we had a significant snowstorm, it took weeks for them to clear the sidewalks, and I almost slipped and injured myself several times just trying to get to my car. If the management put just a little more effort into keeping their residents happy, I could imagine giving this at least another star, maybe two.

I have lived here for the last 2 years and it has been a very pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a leak in my ceiling and an air conditioner leak and maintenance came right out the same day and fixed the issues both times. I would recommend these apartments to friend and family. Overall it has been a great experience, and I plan to stay here for the next 2-3 years.

the people here are mostly very nice and respectful the landscaping is beautiful and the water pressure is great i've lived here for nearly ten years and I've only had one problem with my water heater which was promptly replaced.
