I have really enjoyed living here. The common spaces are kept very clean and the amenities are great! The building feels safe and maintenance requests are taken care of effectively and efficiently.

Overall it has been good - great area to live in, easy to walk to places. At times it’s hard to get into contact with management and our neighbors have been smoking even though they claim to be a non-smoking community.

It's only 2 weeks in, but I can report a fairly seamless move-in experience supported by Michelle, my leasing agent. I felt like I had the lay of the land (building) before moving in so have been able to just focus on getting my on space set up. For an initial maintenance request, it was handled quickly and the maintenance manager/crew were professional and friendly.

Generally good experience. I wish the printer worked and the package room had a better system. Also wish they hadn’t gotten rid of the movie theater with no notice or communication
