Peaceful Greenspring Room

Quiet, peaceful home in the Greenspring Valley area seeking a respectful and conscientious housemate. This space is ideal for someone focused on their work or studies who values a calm environment and is mindful of others and the surrounding... environment.

The home has a large, beautiful backyard with a small meadow and walking paths. If you enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, or simply relaxing in nature, you will love living here.

The bedroom and private bathroom are located on the second floor. I live on the main level and, due to a recent sports accident that caused a spinal cord injury, I use a manual wheelchair and do not access the second floor. As a result, the upstairs area offers a high level of privacy for the tenant.

Ideally looking for someone interested in a 6–12 month lease who likes to keep shared spaces clean and organized.

The listed rent of $800 reflects a $200 monthly discount in exchange for helping with light yard work and occasional household chores (approximately 4–5 hours per month).

If you enjoy a peaceful home, beautiful outdoor space, and being part of a respectful household, this could be a great fit.
