The management does not ensure that residents throw their trash in the dumpsters, trash bags and loose trash litter the parking lot and sidewalk. Additionally management does nothing to make residents pick up their dog poop. This is all not to mention the lack of cameras in the parking lot where break ins regularly occur, despite the fact that cameras would stop the illegal littering and car break ins.

There was mold and mildew when we moved in. We were co-habitants of our apartment with a family of mice. Our apartment flooded 4 times in a YEAR. The leasing office did nothing for us, the only thing they did was dry our carpet and then charge us over $1,000 to replace the carpet that flooded due to their faulty piping.
Don't live here they will take every penny you give them. Say goodbye to your security deposit when you move in
