I have been here since 2019 and I don’t have mice because I did the work to keep them out and most people in my building have cats. My issue is they are old and need to be upgraded and maintenance don’t do anything, I try to keep my place up on my own, so if you move here just know your on your own .

STAY AWAY
The rating needs to be a 0. These people have a mice issue. You put in requests and maintenance does the bare minimum.
Maintenance has knocked one time, no announcement, unlocked my door and came in while I was home. Everyone shifts blame as to who takes care of the issue.
An instant I was told my situation was emergency and they would be out same day. Waited HOURS no one came then called and they closed my case and said I refused service while I’ve been home all day waiting. Only been here 3 weeks. All in all just find somewhere else to live. They do not care!

I hated it
I lived here and moved out in 2021, I asked the leasing office over the phone how do I go about not renewing my lease, she gave me instructions that I’ve followed and for some reason my lease still got renewed, I was being charged for an apartment I wasn’t living in ( prices were raised ) and on top of that I wasn’t notified until the last minute ( court got involved ) I am now in debt and these people ruined my life ! I HATE THEM ! And I hope they go out of business very soon..

Fair
These apartments aren’t horrible but theyneed major upgrades. No amenities, no security systems, and open access to the building which came be a safety concern. The biggest issue honestly is the crime in the area; there’s literally a homicide weekly and constant car break-ins and car jacking. Lastly some of the maintenance are very lazy and inefficient. The leasing office aren’t really a big help either they just tell you “Call Resident Services.

Mice
I've been having problems with mice. The maintenance has been to my apartment several times putting down traps and plugging holes. This is not working. The mice are running rapped and getting in some kind of way. It's embarrassing for me to have company and they just come out running all over the place. They're rats running around on the property. I called the rental office last year and was told they can't control the rats running around outside. This is unacceptable. They expect tenants to live like this. You expect to be paid rent each month on time do something about the up keeping of these apartments. I have seen several complaints from other tenants about the rodent infestation apparently this is a problem. They need to figure out how to fix this.
