Property Manager Responded: Management is aware of the current concern and are pleased that residents have expressed these concerns to us as it has afforded us an opportunity to continue to target areas throughout the property to be treated by our professional and licensed extermination company. Management has made a record of all reports and is actively engaged in walking the property weekly with the exterminators to treat and retreat areas as needed and will continue to do so until this matter is resolved.

RODENT INFESTATION
this apartment complex is absolutely disgusting and infested with pests. the rats run around the parking lots and chew the wires underneath the cars! I found tons of mice in my apartment and the leasing office does nothing about it but say they will follow up with “pest control”
Property Manager Responded: We are sorry to hear of your experience thus far. Please be advise that the community leasing office, as well as maintenance, have been made aware of the recent activity and we are actively and aggressively treating the origin of the issue as well as additional areas within the community. It is unfortunate, but management is not always made aware of each incident when they initially arise. However, when we are made aware, we are sure to make every effort to quickly resolve the concern and follow up with the resident to ensure our efforts were satisfactory. In addition, notices have been sent to all residents reiterating that the property does not offer bulk trash or furniture disposal and the importance of disposing personal trash into the proper community trash receptacles. Daily, our team members pick up all loose trash and debris found throughout the community in addition to properly disposing of resident trash found next to the trash receptacles instead of inside. It is so very important that we all work together to keep our community clean so that we all may enjoy a good quality of life at the community. TRASH
So much trash in area and dog poop everywhere, pee comes down to my patio from upstairs neighbors and the management likes to screw people and keep them stuck here with an auto renew clause. There are several lawsuits against them for this and I might have to add to it just to get out of this hell hole.

Affordable place to stay ! This place is amazing! Stayed here for a year very unproblematic!!! Although the walls are thin I would definitely recommend!!
