The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one that is shared by 2 people, and the other being a single. The room that is being subleased is the single, which includes 2 closets, a bed, and a desk and dresser. Other people may be living in the shared bedroom at... the same time you may be living in the private bedroom. It is a very nice complex that includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, fast internet, a patio for those who would like to grill and a storage unit across the hall from the unit itself. The unit has a furnished living room and dining room, and also has a kitchen with a dishwasher. Neither the living room or bedroom come with a TV. The garbage dumpsters are across the street from the unit. There is a maintenance line that can be called if there are any issues within the apartment. Landlords are very friendly and will help you no matter what.
