Apartment Description

We currently have a wait list for all of our unit styles for the fall 2024 lease term - please give us a call to learn more about our wait list! Towson Place Apartments is a student’s only, fully furnished, all-inclusive apartment community located... just steps from the Towson University campus. All the utilities which are gas, electric, water, cable and internet are included in one easy monthly payment. All of the apartments (except studios) have their own washer and dryer, and full kitchen. Come visit us today to see how easy student living can be. We are currently leasing for the 2023-2024 school year with a waitlist. We are now Pet Friendly!
