Great experience living here. Really good food places nearby. Easy access to Whole Foods. The building also has monthly events which are a great way to meet other residents who live here.

I have been at spinnaker bay for a year now. In this one year the team has been excellent and responsive to our concerns. The bimonthly-ish events are another great thing about the apartment where we get to meet our neighbors and socialize.

What a welcoming community. The building is sparkling clean, the staff is friendly and responsive. My duplex apartment feels like I’m in a townhouse. Love my new home! Love city living!

Overall, a great place to live in. The location is the best right by the promenade. Lots of great restaurants and boutique shops in the neighborhood to go to. Amenities are pretty decent and staff are courteous.

Great apartment in an excellent location. Gym had more than I expected and parking is fine, but due to the construction I can’t park on the floor I live on and don’t know when the construction will end. Other than that and small tissues with the apartment, very positive.
