I recently moved into the Spinnaker Bay. I know it is the right one for me from the first time I talked to the leasing office. Their response is fast, kind and totally clear. They picked up my phone instantly and got back to me in email as promised. Their instructions are clear and they are efficient. At the moving day, I already have all the things done prior and it was a very smooth experience. Once I moved in, the staffs were very helpful, from minor fixes to moving in help using the dock, I... am really glad I am in this great community and well taken care of.
