This spacious apartment comes with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, two bathrooms and two bedrooms.
The bedroom available is quite large with a decent amount of natural lighting from its large window, a private bathroom, and ample storage space... .

The heating and appliances are powered electrically, while the water heater uses gas. All of which are covered in the rent.
Trash/recycling is covered in the rent, and is done via large dumpsters outside the unit.
Total rent is about $2,000, but will be split between the two of us. Internet and electricity, which are not covered in the rent, are between $130-155 per person. Currently the lease is month to month, but you will have the option to renew the lease as a 12 month in August if you so choose.
This unit is pet friendly, and previously held two cats, however, there are weight and breed restrictions on dogs. Dogs must weigh less than 75 lbs and aggressive breeds such as pitbulls are not allowed.
To get to the unit you must climb a fairly steep hill and go up a short flight of stairs. Not the most disability friendly.
The community does have an outdoor patio area with a grill, a playground, an Amazon locker and a small pool, and is super close to a TU shuttle stop.
There are also grocery stores/pharmacies nearby, and is an about 20 min walk/5 min drive from downtown Towson and a 30 min walk/6 min drive to the center of TU's campus. Read More
