In search of 1 Towson student to live in shared room

A 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Cardiff Hall Apartments includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with the primary (master) bedroom having its own connected private bathroom and the second bathroom being down the hall from the second bedroom. It... has a full kitchen, with washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, stove/oven, and overhead microwave. Cardiff Hall is mostly occupied by college students. Our specific setup has with two people living in each bedroom, making it a four-person setup overall, with rent split 4 ways. The apartment is located about a 5-minute walk from Towson University campus. Parking is available on-site for approximately $80 per month.
The units are unfirnished by default, but due to the fact we have lived here for some time, it is already furnished with personal furniture, which mostly shared, but still belongs to the original owner by the end of the lease.
