*Single family preferred, but will consider a shared rental under the condition that full payment comes from one source.
*No pets.
*No smoking on premises.
*Unfurnished.
*No subleasing, nor daily rental services allowed (AirBNB, etc.).
*12-month lease begins June 1 or July 1, 2025, and may be extended.
*1 month deposit.
*All utilities are the responsibility of tenant.
