I lived here for over a yr this is my first apartment and I must say the experience wasn’t the best. Leasing office staff acts as if you’re bothering them when writing complaints. I have two neighbors that live underneath me that makes constant noise daily. One of them gets the police called frequently and leasing office literally does nothing. There hasn’t been any peace since moving in and they do have a nice issue.

It has been a great experience for my first apartment. We have very little complaints. Just sometimes if we have to call maintenance it takes them a while to show up but they still get the job done. Neighborhood is nice and I love the parking lot so I don’t have to park on the street

Since management has changed there has definitely been an improvement in response time, customer service etc. The location is still a plus for this property, central and conveniently situated.

I would have to say for the past almost four years I have enjoyed residing at Towson Crossing. I may have had some challenges financially but the manager made me felt like she understood my dilemma and worked with me to get back on track.
