The Hills at KenilWorth

The wonderful unit has pretty much everything. There's internet, cable, washer and dryer in the unit, a kitchen with a working dishwasher, stove, oven, a large fridge, multiple closets, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. Additions include furniture, tv,... dining table, trashcans, and a whole bunch of other necessities. Outside the apartment, you have a chill parking lot (with zero assigned spaces), a grocery store literally 5 minutes away (walking distance), a basketball court and playground 6 minutes away (walking distance), the TU shuttle bus stop (there are 2 stops in this apartment complex), the LOOP bus stop (which is free), and a nearby MTA bus stop (10 minutes walking distance). There is a unit price that is under $2000, which is then divided by 4 people. Which means rent is no more than 500 a month and internet/gas bills, combine for no more than $100 a month. So in all, roughly $600. The fitness gym is quite small but there's a bench press, cable system, dumbbell rack, fitness mats and aerobic weighted balls, 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a stationary bike. Lastly, there is an outdoor pool, and a game room that has a pool table, foosball, and ping pong (all free).

I am not lying when I say this is a steal.
