Tall Oaks Apartments - Parkville Apartment Lease Takeover (Sublet / Shared Housing)

2-bedroom 1-bathroom lease takeover in Parkville (21234). 10-minute drive to campus, 6~ minute walk to the neighborhood TU shuttle stop.

Rent is 850 (water included in rent) + 50-60 for utilities and wifi at most. You’d have one of the bedrooms and... be living with an art major at TU (me).

The bedroom comes with a queen-sized bedframe, dresser, and nightstand. You wouldn't be confined to the room; you are free to decorate and do as you wish outside and bring in whatever furniture to the living room, bathroom, kitchen, etc, though it is all already mostly furnished.

I'm fine with small pets, no dogs, but the apartments have a $40 cat fee.
