Fantastic walkable neighborhood filled with coffee shops, bars and restaurants. mount Vernon is the historic district of Baltimore filled with all the charm the city is known for. This property honors that charm while simultaneously being updated... with all the modern amenities that make for easy comfortable living, including a/c, in-unit washer/dryers, a backyard (a rarity in the city) with a bbq, etc.

It is also 2-3 blocks from the JHU shuttle that goes to Homewood and the medical campus/school of public health, etc. The Bun Shop is a block away.

Parking is fairly easy on the street but there’s a garage 300 ft away if you’d like that as an option.
