Patterson Park is an oasis and re-energizing center to the Charm City of Baltimore. Patterson Park has been running and walking trails, softball/soccer/turf fields, tennis/basketball courts, dog park, an ice skating rink, an outdoor pool, and even... more! This beautiful two bedroom house was previously lived in by my artist wife for 15 years, and has many loving touches such as stained glass in every room. When you walk in the house the living room greets you with oak floors and lots of natural light. The kitchen has brand new butcher block countertops and a butcher block central island with bar chairs. There is a private, quiet backyard patio with an enclosed fence. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a large bathroom in the middle. There is a second full bathroom in the basement, and a large room that has typically been used as bedroom, or could be a nice playroom. Every room in the house has its own closet, and the house is fully furnished for your needs. The street is a unique, quaint treat in Baltimore, and has a brick roadway with lights strung across the top of the street by Patterson Park. The neighbors have amazing sidewalk/stoop gardens and from the front door you can see Patterson Park.

I have been a property manager for over a decade and have a full team of repair and maintenance companies to take care of anything you need. Included in the utilities is a monthly professional cleaning service. My wife and I still live in Baltimore and we can provide tips and tricks to the city so you can experience Baltimore like a local. The historic Fells Point harbor neighborhood is a short one mile stroll through classic Baltimore residential streets (and begins with a half-mile walk thru the 160 acre Patterson Park). The closest grocery store is a Safeway with lots of parking less than a mile away, and there is a little convenience store one block away, with a handful of restaurants within five blocks.

Public Transportation: Walking distance to both Johns Hopkins Hospitals, several bus stops within a few of blocks, electric scooters within 2 blocks around Patterson Park, and lots of Uber and Lyft drivers available with little wait.

Parking: Ample street parking is available, you can always find a spot within a block of the house.
